Paul Fine Films Of Chronic Prostatitis Patients With Urodynamic Clinical Studies

Background: Paruria is one of the most familiar and refractory main symptoms in the chronic prostatitis cases.More and more researches have got deep into the urodynamics of chronic prostatitis along with the development of the urodynamics. As a kind of effective medicine, Bao Jing Troche (BJT) has been done a lot of researches excBJT for the specialize of paruria, namely from the view of urodynamics.Objective: To observe the influence of BJT to chronic prostatitis in the aspect of urodynamics and discuss the mechanism of function through the clinical research of treating chronic prostatitis with BJT.Method: In theory research, the cognition and advancements to chronic prostatitis were retrospected by systems; the researches and treatments to paruria and urodynamics were introduced in both Chinese and modern medicine. And the achievement of researching BJT was reviewed. In clinical research, 27 chronic prostatitis patients who had paruria were observed to take the treatment of BJT. Then to observe the changes of scores of urination symptom and uroflowmeter in NIH-CPSI before and after the treatments.Results: The clinical quotieties of control, effect, improvement and infect were 3.70%, 33.33%, 51.86% and 11.11%, the chief quotiety of effect was 88.89%. BJT could improve the scores of urination symptom in NIH-CPSI of chronic prostatitis patients, showed significance on statistics; also improve the uroflowmeter, showed significance on statistics.Conclusions: BJT can improve the symptom of paruria in chronic prostatitis cases, mainly to reduce the scores of urination symptom in NIH-CPSI, increase the max, average uroflowmeter quotieties and chief uroflowmeter. So that ,we can get the conclusions: 1. superficiality-excess and origin-deficiency is the basic pathogenesis characteristics of chronic syndromes; 2. kidney deficiency and damp-heat is the most familiar pattern of paruria in chronic prostatitis cases; 3. Supporting-zheng to eliminate pathogenic factors is the main treatment principle of chronic prostatitis; 4. supplementing-kidney and expelling-turbidity is the chief treatment of paruria in chronic prostatitis cases; 5. purging is good for improving the paruria of chronic prostatitis patients.
