OBSJECTIVE: To survey the research and report about Hennoch-Schonlein purpura nephritic(HSPN), and master the situation of dialectical criteria of HSPN. By clinical retrospective study of nephritic, master the characters of dialectical criteria, to develop the scientific dialectical criteria of nephritic in children.METHOD: Index CNKI from 1996 to 2006 to get aimed documents, hence pool datas after qualative analyzing the selected documents and sum up the dialectical criteria's main points of TCM. Analyze clinical distribution of HSPN's dialectical criteria of TCM and depict the result by constituent ratio; Survey clinical patients of HSPN in Jiangsu province hospistal of TCM from 2000 to 2006, and fill viewing table. At last, analyze the dialectical criteria of TCM, combined with course of disease and every clinical examination .RESULT: Study the forthcoming documents of TCM (885 examples from 13 texts), we can conclude modern doctors trend to type the HSPN into: the Qi deficiency, the Yin deficiency. Veins hurt by wind-heat and Bleeding due to blood-heat, and so on.Analyzing characters of HSPN from clinical retrospective study of 102 examples of HSPN of children introduces the dialectical criteria should be: exterior sthenia always includs bleeding due to blood-heat, veins hurt by wind-heat, original deficiency includes hyperactivity of fire due to deficiency of YIN, OI falling to control blood. Survey in documents and clinical retrospective study display the same dialectical criteria of HSPN and distribution.CONCLUSION: Based on the dialectical criteria of purpura from the forthcoming textbook of 7 edits, HSPN can be mainly typed into: the Qi deficiency, the Yin deficiency. Veins hurt by wind-heat and Bleeding due to blood-heat.
