The course of treatment is3months.Results:The clinical disease control rate of TCM treatment group is36.1%,the greater rate is75%,and the effective rate is94.4%;the cilinical disease control rate of western medicine contrast group is11.1%,the greater rate is38.9%,and the effective rate is80.6%. Comprising the two groups, there has a statistically significant difference between them (P<0.05). After the treatment comprising the variations of urinary protein, Urine occult blood,24-hour urinary protein quantity and urinary red blood cell count of two groups, there has a statistically significant difference between them(P<0.05),and in view of improving the clinical symptoms, reducing the plasma fibrinogen (FIB) and adverse reactions, TCM treatment group is better than Western medicine contrast group. Neither of the two groups have serious adverse reactions. Conclusion:TCM therapy treating children with Henoch-Schonlein nephritis has dramatic effects and great securities, and it’s worthy to promote application. But the long-term efficacy still needs to be further study.
