Clinical Efficacy Of Thanh Hoa Decoction Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: To observe the effect of Qing Li Huo Xue and Jian Pi Bu Shen method (tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen as well as dissipating heat, dampness and quickening blood) on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (CPID), and compare with the effect of Qing Li Huo Xue method (clearing away heat, draining dampness and quickening blood).Method: 60 cases suffering from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected. And they were Classified into two groups—the former as treatment group (34 patient) and the latter as control group (26 patient). 1 month made up one course of treatment.Results: The effective rate in treatment group was 91.2%.It was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: It was indicated that qu Xie Fu Zheng method had a better effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.The reason may be correlate with this method regulating immunity function, and enhancing pelvic blood stream.
