If the governmant could put AIDS care in NCMS , it not only reflects the elimination of discrimination, but also enhances the society stability .Method: This research estimates the compensation expenditure of HIV/AIDS that putting into NCMS, through expenditure variety analysis and contrast analysis of opportunity effection therapy of HIV/AIDS.
