Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Of Liver Cirrhosis After Hepatitis And Child-pugh Discussion On The Classification

Background: This thesis reviewed recent researching progress on Cirrhosis of liver after hepatitis, investigated its syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine , and concentrated them to 6 main types according to the basic theory of TCM.Objective: To discuss a method of standard of syndrome differentiation of TCM, by certificating the Cirrhosis of liver after hepatitis from literature summarizing. We tried to find the correlations between the syndrome and Child-Push grade.Method: we collected all the information of patients, and differentiated them to a certain syndrome. We summarized the Child-Push classification and the characters of the distribution of differentiation syndromes.Result: We differentiating and analyzing symptom and sign of 100 clinic cases as the liver-Qi stagnation accumulating syndrome 15 cases, the spleen deficiency to damp accumulated syndrome 16 cases, the damp-heat accumulates inside syndrome 20 cases, the both kidney-Yin and liver-Yin deficiency syndrome 13 cases, the spleen-Yang and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome 12 cases, blood stasis syndrome 24 cases, The total pathogenesis is the invading pathogen and blood stasis, both Qi and blood deficiency, deficiency of liver and kidney. The pathogenic causes is "damp, heat, stasis, toxins", the liver-Qi stagnation accumulating syndrome is main in A class; the spleen deficiency to damp accumulated syndrome is main in A B classes, occasionally have C class case; the damp-heat accumulates inside syndrome can be seen in A, B C classes, main in A class; The both kidney-Yin and liver-Yin deficiency syndrome, the spleen-Yang and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome are take C class as to have another.Conclusion: It is feasible to dispart the Cirrhosis of liver after hepatitis into 6 syndromes. My study showed a pathway to standardizing the syndrome differentiation of TCM, which could validate and spread to clinic applications. Along with the development of the TCM pathology, the liver-Qi stagnation accumulating syndrome and the spleen deficiency to damp accumulated syndrome is gradually to the damp-heat accumulates inside syndrome the spleen-Yang and kidney-Yang deficiency syndrome and the both kidney-Yin and liver-Yin deficiency syndrome , and the ratings of Child also is changed toward C class by the A class, the liver storage function is damaged to present to further aggravate the trend.
