In this paper Brucea javanica and Brucea javanica oil grease injection are studied. An GC method for the determination of Brucea javanica was developed, SUPELCOWAX?-10 Capillary column (30m×250um×0.25um) was used. Column and injector temperature were 205 °C and 220 °C respectively. Flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Split ration was 20:1. As a result, a good linearity was obtained over the range of 3.1~27.5 mg with r = 0.9995 for oleic acid, the average recovery was 100.3%, RSD was 1.2%. Also a good linearity was obtained over the range of 1.0~10.0 mg with r = 0.9998 for linoleic acid, the average recovery was 98.2% , RSD was 2.7%.With this method ten batches Brucea javanica were detected. This paper also studied other requirements of Brucea javanica. For example, the foreign matter, ash, acid- insoluble ash, heavy metals, arsenic and water were also detected. A thin layer chromatograph was finished on Oleic acid. Brucea javanica powder was also examined by microscope.Another GC method for the determination oleic acid and linoleic acid of Brucea javanica oil grease injection was developed. SUPELCOWAX?—10 Capillary column (30m×250um×0.25um) is used. Column and injector temperature were 205 °C and 220 °C respectively. Flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. Split ration was 20:1. The average recovery of oleic acid was 99.9 %, RSD was 1.6% and the average recovery of linoleic acid was 99.3%, RSD was 1.2%. At the same time ten batches Brucea javanica oil grease injection and four batches Brucea javanica oil were detected. Other requirements of Brucea javanica oil grease injection were examined. For example, potassium iron, heavy metals, arsenic, tannin, resin, oxalate and tanninoids were also detected. The identification by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer was also be detected. In this paper, cinnamic aldehyde was used as the Chemical Reference Substances to analyze the volatile oil of Brucea javanica , the fingerprints were set up. Agilent DB— 1701 Capillary column (30m×320um×0.25um) was used. Column temperature rose from 95 °C to 210°C in 3 °C · min-1 .Injector temperature was 220 °C and detector...
