| Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapeutics to rectocele with injection.Methods: A randomized study was made in 60 patients, the study groups (30 cases) received the treatment of injection, the control group(30 cases) received the treatment of transvaginal incision mucosa and repair. Study the treated effect and syndrome of the 2 groups.Results: Score on symptom was lower in the study group than before treatment. The treated effect of the 2 groups was not different.The operative bleeding, postoperative pain, etc in the 2 groups had significantdifference.Conclusion: Injection is a more convenient and active therapeutics to rectocele . |
