Dan The Qi Yiqihuoxue Side Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis In Clinical Studies

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of DanQiHuoxieFang (DQHXF) on treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), and to compare the difference of effects among different degree atrophy and accompanying intestinal metaphases (IM),dysplasia (Dys). Methods:60 CAG patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group (30 cases) was treated by DQHXF, the confront group was treated by MuoluoDang. There were no significant difference in sex, age, symptoms, HP infection rate and pathological changes between two groups. One month is one course of treatment, and the patients were treated three courses. Results: The remedy result shows: DQHXF got obvious curative effect in treating CAG, total efficacy rate was 90.0%, the confront group was 46.7% (P< 0.05) , The eradication rate of HP was 76.7%, while the other one was 23.8%( P<0.05) , There was a significant difference in improving the pathological change of atrophy, IM between two groups, but no significant one in improving Dys.Conclusion: The above results indicated that DQHXF is better than the confront group on the underneath aspects: clinical symptoms, atrophy, IM of CAG.
