| Cubitus varus deformity is one of the most common complications of humerus supracondylar fracture in children. At present, although internal and overseas scholars carried out many researches, the incidence still keeps at a high level.There are many kinds of considerations about its pathogenesis. Based on the collected data, this review discussess its pathogenesis, prevention and treatment, the questions and the direction in the study are also pointed out. At the same time, in order to discuss the superiorities, announcements and indications of the therapy to treat the humerus supracondylar fracture in children which have failed in reduction, we observe and study the effect of 14 children treated by traction of olecranon and reduction formed according to the conception taught by my tutor. |
