Fructus Mume, also named SuanMei or HeiMei, is processed from the dry fruit of Prunus mume (Sieb.) Sieb. et Zucc; (Armeniaca mume Sieb.) .Fructus Mume mainly comes from SiChuan, FuJian and ZheJiang, and SiChuan has its largest production.To improve the quality standard of Fructus Mume and the research on the develop value of infinity material in SiChuan, we study on the quality standard of Fructus Mume in this thesis.According from the historic record Fructus Mume was used as drug in the manner of with kernel or without kernel, JinGuiYuHanJing in Han dynasty raised the method of using it without kernel first time, followed by XinXiuBenCao and ShiLiaoBenCao in Tang dynasty. Till Song dynasty ,in the book of TaiPingShengHuiFang the author said Fructus Mume should be "washed clean" before use, not ruling with or without kernel. Thereafter, both manner have been recorded. Today it is still uncertain whether Fructus Mume should be divided for use. In Chinese Pharmacopoeia ediction 2000, it contained both Fructus Mume the whole and the section without kernel. Therefore, to ensure the using method of Fructus Mume is the premise of improving its quality standard.we compare the pharmacological effect of different part of Fructus Mume. According to its main effect of astringe Lung-Qi and relieve cough, relieve diarrhea with astringing.We setup three experiments to compare the pulp, kernel shuck and seed of Fructus Mume, they are the effect of preventing mice cough , the effect of neostigmine induced mice intestine hyperfuntion and the effect of senna induced mice diarrhea. The result demonstrated the effective part of preventing cough is kernel shuck and seed and the effective part of check diarrhea is pulp and kernel shuck. It proved the different section of Fructus Mume has the different pharmacological effect. To ensure the accuracy and safety of clinic, we suggest Fructus Mume should be use for different section.To study the chemical constituents of Fructus Mume .The compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid and oleanolic acid by by UV, HR-MS, 1HNMR and 13CNMR. Some researchers believe the triterpenes ingredient, is ursolic acid but not oleanolic acid, In this thesis we correct this error and demonstrate both components coexist in Fructus Mume. |
