Objective: To observe the anti-allergic effect of San Wu Huang Qin granule on the model animals and explore its mechanism of anti-allergic effects.Methods: 1. Used passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) to make animal model of Type I allerge;2. Used mouse models of DNFB to make animal model of Type IV allerge.Results: 1. Large and middle dose groups suppress Type I allergic reaction (P<0. 05) ;2. The results of San Wu Huang Qin granule affecting on the process of Type I allerge show as follows. 2. 1 Large dose group suppresses the content of serum IgE (P<0.05);2.2 Three dose groups can inhibit the degranulation of mastocyte , but they have a weak function ;2. 3 that large and middle dose groups improve the itch threshold of guinea pigs prove San Wu Huang Qin granule had the effect of anti-phosphoric acid histamine (P<0. 01);3 Large dose group suppress ear swellings of mice in Type â…£ allerge(P<0.05).Conclusions: San Wu Huang Qin granule had obvious effect on anti-allergy.
