The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of the hsCRP in different stages of diabetic nephropathy and their implication. This study included 34 healthy subjects and 105 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic patients were further divided into three subgroups according to their urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER). C-reactive protein was measured with rate nephelometry method. Results (1) C-reactive protein concentrations was significantly higher in patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus than those in normal controls .(2) C-reactive protein concentrations was increased with increment of UAER and it is one of the dangerous majors to DN.(3)C -reactive protein concentrations was correlated with traditional chinese study. In clinical study, according to the international diagnosis criterion of DN (Mogensen's criterion of stages) and rigorous randomly principle, 59 cases with early DN, which were accepting the basic treatment, were observed before and after wih JTBSHJ and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor agent-Lotensin respectively. The results revealed that JTBSHJ could significantly reduce renal hyperfiltration, urinary albumin, protect frenal functions, regulate the sugar and lipids metabolism, and improe symptoms. The above effects of JTBSHJ were superior to Lotensin.. |
