| Objective:This study was designed to observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of Diabetic nephropathy (third phase) of Tangshen ping with Jianpi Yishen, Huayu Xiezhuo Tongluo Chinese herbs,and to further explore its mechanism,in order to provide reliable clinical application basis.Methods:63 cases of Diabetic nephropathy (third phase) patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases combined Chinese herbs Tangshen ping and modern medicine Monopril treatment group,33cases be treated with Monopril western medicine;both groups are treated 3 months for one course of treatment.Before and after treatment,patients of the two groups were respectively observed in with symptoms,signs,the fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlC),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAT-1), Tissue-type plasminogen (t-PA), activator24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate (UAERD).before and after use the medicine.And to do blood routine,urine routine,feces routine as well as liver and kidney function tests,measure the blood pressure changes before and after treatment,statistical analysis to determine drug efficacy and safety.Results:The clinical observation found that traditional Chinese medicine (Tangshen ping) can effectively improve the symptoms,signs of diabetic nephropathy (third phase) patients and significant reduced hs-CRP, PAI-land UAERD,increase t-PA improve the blood lipids.There was no significant difference of blood routine, urine routine,feces routine as well as liver and kidney function tests,and the blood pressurebefore and after the treatment.The therapy have good efficacy and safety.Conclusion:The clinical study results showed that the Tangshen ping decoction formulated under the Yishen Jianpi,Huayu Xiezhuo Tongluo rule has preventive and therapeutic effecton diabetic nephropathy (third phase),it is worth further study and clinical application. |
