| Yuhong salve is experience prescription. It is used to cure wound that was not curedin long time. The chemical and quality control standard of the Yuhong oil were studied inthis thesis. The thesis is divided into five chapter: Chapter 1 is a review of the studies on the chemical constituents and the research ofpharmacological effect of Yuhong salve and its Chinese traditional medication in prescription. Chapter 2 discusses the qualitative analysis of Yuhong salve . By using TLC techniques ,Radix arnebiae, Radix glycyrrhizae, Radix et rhizoma thei , Cortex moutan were appraised. Chapter 3 discusses the extraction, separation, preparation of Radix arnebiae salve. Byusing different chromatography techniques, 9 compounds were isolated from the Radixarnebiae salve. Based on modern spectroscopic analysis technique and chemicalmethods ,the structure of 4 compounds were elucidated. Chapter 4 discusses quantitative methods of Yuhong salve. HPLC methods todetermine sesamin and shikonin were established. Chapter 5 discusses content diversification of chemical constituents at Vary arrange ingroups. Using HPLC ,content of sesamin ,sesamolin and shikonin wased determined.From our studies we know content of sesamin ,sesamolin and shikonin at Vary arrangein groups is not same. Volatilization components of Yuhong oil was subjected to GC-MS. Thederivative were composed of 60 components,59 of which were identified. There were 51components identified from Radix angelicae sinensis oil, and 50 components from Radixangelicae sinensis , and 50 components from sesame oil. Components of Radixangelicae sinensis Volatilization is not measured. |
