The Free Radical Expression Of Electroacupuncture On The Hsp70mrna Content Of Focal Cerebral Ischemia, Reperfusion, And Brain Tissue

Objective To observe the influence and significance of HSPmRNA content in hippocampi, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA expression in the brain of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat, which is stimulated by electro-acupuncture through "REN ZHONG" , "FENG FU" and two sides "ZHONG CHONG" . Methods RT-PCR is used to detect the expression of HSP70mRNA in hippocampi and effect of electro-acupuncture on HSP70mRNA expression in the brain of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat by MCAo , detect SOD and MDA through the way of hydroxylamine and TBAR. Results Electro-acupuncture can effectively induce the expression of HSP70mRNA in hippocampi ,and enforce the tolerance of brain in anoxemic situation ,also effectively increase the activity of SOD and obviously decrease the content of MDA ,which can saliencely treat and protect the injury of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat. Conclusion The increase of HSP70mRNA expression and the activity of SOD, the decrease content of MDA are possibly the main mechanisms of electro-acupuncture protecting cerebral ischemia-reperfusion damage.
