Change Capsule Of The Inflammation Basin Net Particle Preparation Technology And Quality Standards And Anti-inflammatory And Analgesic Effects Of Experimental Research

Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is a common disease, seriously threats the health of female people in our nation. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has systematic understand on PID, and has accumulated rich experiences on the treatment of PID. TCM has many superiorities such as treatment by analysis of diagnosis, treatment through many ways, good curative effects, little side reactions. Among many ways of the treatment, Chinese patent medicines taken orally is very convenient and suitable for long-term use.Penyanjing Granules (PYJG) has been a Chinese patent medicine for many years, not only it' s organization of prescription is rigorous, but also it has been proved having certain curative effect and no side reactions. However, PYJG has many defaults too, such as the dosage is too large, the taste is bad, the use and carry are not convenient. To overcome the defaults, Doses pattern renovation of PYJG needs to be done.The thesis has two sections. The first section is two summaries, one is about the study development on Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) of both TCM and Modern Medicine, the other is about the study development on PYJG. The second section is about experiment study. Through processing technology study, PYJG has been transformed to Penyanjing Capsules (PYJC), some of it' s defaults were overcome, quality standard study and initial pharmacodynamics study of PYJC have also been carried out. The second section includes three parts:The first part, processing technology study of PYJC.The technology of water extracting and alcohol depositing of PYJG were basically continued to use, but orthogonal design and equal comparing design were used to study the missed data in the processing of PYJG, the missed data include crude drug size, soaking time, amount of water, temperature of the enriched extracted liquid before alcohol depositing; different category of excipients, ratio of extract and excipient, method of preparing capsules were studied depending on moisture absorption and fluidity. As a result, the missed data were all made sure, processing technology of preparing Capsules was established.The second part, quality standard study of PYJC.The thin-layer chromatography (TLC) identified methods of Caulis lonicerae and Radix paeoniae rubra of PYJG were impoved, identified methods of the other 6 ingredients of the prescription were also studied by TLC; content determined methods of chlorolgenic acid and paeoniflroin were studied by high performanceliquid chromatograpy(HPLC). As a results, Identified methods of Caulis lonicerae, Radix paeoniae rubra, Caulis spatholobi, Herba plantaginis, Rhizoma chuanxiong, were established by TLC; content determined methods of paeoniflroin were established by HPLC.The third part, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect study of PYJC.The anti-inflammatory effect was tested by increasing of capillary vessel permeability caused by acetic acid in mice, foot-pad swelling caused by egg white in rats, hyperplasia of granulation tissue caused by cotton in rats; the analgesic effect was tested by frequency body torsion caused by acetic acid in mice, paining by heating panel in mice; the effects of PYJG and Jinji Capsules (JJC) were compared. As a result, to some extent the above models were all restrained by PYJC, indicating PYJC has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, the effects of PYJC are similar to PYJG and JJC.
