Clinical Observation Of Compound Danshen Injection Treatment Of Anorectal Pain After

Objective: Postoperative pain has influenced seriously upon patients' postoperative recovery and living qualities,especially anorectal operation, the stimulation of defecation & application,always put patients into a sore environment ,so seeking an ideal and effective postoperative pain relief method becomes an important task.The study is using the compound dansheng injection as an relieve method to achieved an ideal analgesia effect.Methods:50 adult patients with mixed hemorrhoids who need operation were divided randomly into two groups(n=25),the therapy group received the compound dasheng injection,being injected dottedly on the wound ,the control group received long effect analgesia alone,which is widely used in clinical.Efficacy of analgesia was assessed by VAS(visual analogue pain scales),score and side effects were recorded.Resultthe two groups were no significant difference on the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate was 92% in therapy grpup and 96%in control group(p<0.01).However there were significant difference in side effects such as edma, scar and the heal time., Conclusion:the study indicates that the therapy group is similar as the control group in prevent from anorectal postoperative pain.The compound dasheng injection can provide satisfactoty anorectal postoperative pain relief with fewer side effects.
