The Clinical Research On The Curative Effects Of Postoperative Of Perianal Abscess By The Regulation Of Temperature And Time Of Anorectal Fumigation Instrument

Objective:The postoperative patient of perianal abscess with compound huangbai lotion 100 ml into the anorectal fumigation and washing therapy unit Fumigating and washing treatment,by means of anorectal fumigation and washing therapy unit fumigating and washing temperature, time control,optimize and establish the anorectal fumigation and washing therapy unit(temperature and time) in postoperative fumigation of perianal abscess fumigation and washing therapy the best treatment plan.Methods:Through literature research and the use of anorectal fumigation and washing therapy unit Fumigating and washing therapy in patients with questionnaire investigation, and it is concluded that the temperature is 35 ~ 38 ℃, time of 25 ~ 30 min, fume wash hip bath treatment effect is good, so the temperature of 35 ℃, 38 ℃, time of 25 min, 30 min, double the level of clinical research for double factors.According to the analysis for design test program is divided into four groups,respectively Group A1B1(35 ℃25min), Group A1B2(35 ℃30min), Group A2B1(38 ℃25min), and Group A2B2(38 ℃30min), with 15 patients in each group. The use of Excel software to produce 01 ~ 60 random number table and corresponding to each group,Numbered according to the patients admitted to hospital order, according to the Numbers into each adept different related treatment,Under the condition of receiving exactly the same routine treatment, each group is treated one time a day with the anorectal fumigation and washing therapy unit and receives dressing change with Jiuhua plaster and butter yarn since the second after the operation. Observations are made of patients’ pain feeling, wound extravasation, granulation growth, subjective feeling and wound area, for further statistics and analysis.Results:Through the treatment of Anorectal Fumigation and Washing Therapy Unit for the patients with perianal abscess by adding Compound Huangbai Lotion into the unit, the total efficacy of treatment for 10 days A2B1 group(38 ℃25 min) is superior to the other three groups. For the first and third day of the treatment, no statistical significance was observed(P>0.05); on the 7th day,the growth of granulation tissue of Group A2B1 was significantly better than the other three groups at the temperature of 38℃,other observation indexes were not statistically significant(P>0.05);on the 10 th day, obvious ascendancy concerning anal pain, wound extravasation,granulation growth and patients’ objective feeling was observed on Group A2B1(38 ℃25min)(P<0.05), the wound healing rate of Group A2B1 was significantly higher than that of other groups.Conclusion:The postoperative patient of perianal abscess with compound huangbai lotion 100 ml into the anorectal fumigation and washing therapy unit Fumigating and washing treatment,through the control of temperature and time, fumigation fumigating and washing therapyt for 10 days after temperature 38 ℃, time of 25 min of treatment effect is best.
