Object: To abserve the effect of treatment of Xiao Feng Zhi Yang for the patients .guinea -pig and mice models.We try to assess its curative effect and potential mechanism of curing Acute Urticaria.Methods:Experiment research:The animals were randomized into a few groups,the large dose and middle dose.the model group,the Chlorpheniramine control group and the empty control group.l.We measured the accumlated dose of Histamine which was smeared on the guinea-pig's dorsum.2.We utilize the photometer to record the OD.Clinic trial: 40 patients are divided into trial group and the comparision group. Xitiliqin is given to the comparision group,and the Xiao Feng Zhi Yang Decoction is given to the trial group.After one week ,we evaluate their effect.ReSlllt:Xiao Feng Zhi Yang Decoction and Xitiliqin both have a better effect in the treatment of patients ,and at large/middle dose it can raise the itching Iimen of guinea-pig and decrease the permeatility of the microvessel of the micesConclusion: Xiao Feng Zhi Yang Decoction is effective to cure the Acute Uticaria with little side reaction .The experiment substantiate that it can diminish inflammation and prevent itch.The clinical and the experiment research provide some basis for the treatment of Acute Uticaria by Xiao Feng Zhi Yang Decoction.
