| With the development of information techonology application in healthcare, the medical information system is accepted by more and more hospital. But, in the endoscope field, the endoscope information systems that have been developed are almost the endoscope workstations, they never make use of multimedia techonology and network techonology to design tele-endoscope for enhenceing Telemedicine. At the same time, the funtions of studying and diagnoseing are all very simple in these endoscope workstations, which can't scientifically manage patient information, image information and diagnose information. From the point of view of informatics, the different endoscope workstations are unattached not only in the same department but also in the different departments. All described above encumbrance the share of endoscope image data and the possibility of using HIS, PACS to assist diagnosis. In conclusion, endoscope workstation now is in the status of information isolated island.This thesis brings forward a whole set of solutions for designing the general endoscope image information system, achieveing informationi:rtion in the endoscope field and solving the problem of information isolated island, including the following aspects:The thesis analysises the existent problems which are produced during informationiztion in the endoscope field.The thesis discusses and analysises the recent techonology of real-time video over the Internet, points out the problems of the real-time Internet video transmission, expatiates basic approaches , important digital video file coding standards and multimedia transmission protocol, and analysis the merits of different multimedia transmission protocol according to their effects.After deeply researched the Directshow techonology, the thesis designs the real-time Internet video transmission framework, desribes the process of streaming data transmitting in client and server, detailedly analysises RTP payload format for MPEG video and audio. Furthermore, the thesis designs the endoscope video real-time Internet transmission platform and realizes the endoscope video real-time transmission in LAN.Based on the idea of structured programming method, this thesis designs thegeneral endoscope image information system, and constructs the bridge of the endoscope workstation and PACS by the way of DICOM Gateway. A general endoscope imformation system processing of capture, digital, transmission, strorage, creating report is implemented, Finally, the thesis makes a conclusion of our work and forcasts the future of the endoscope information systems. |
