Muscle injury is a common and high frequency disease of sport medicine. Muscle injury often lead to the hematoma and organization of muscle issues. The scar repairing has been threatening the sport ability and the life of sportsman. Recognizing the pathology, disease and attribution of muscle injury, discussing the measure of precaution, therapy and rehabilitation is always one of the most important field of sport medicine study. Too much means of muscle injury treatment are adopted, such as Massage, traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, block, physiotherapy as well as other methods which have deferent effect. In contrast to these means, massage can not only cure muscle injury effectively, but also bring notable clinical effect. Also, it can be conducted simply, economically and effectively. But now the reports of the clinical treatment effect of massage are more than basic experimental research comparatively. Therefore on the foundation of forefathers research, this experiment aims at discussing the mechanism of massage treating skeleton muscle injury further from the viewpoint of cell biology, using image analysis system to quantify the positive reaction outcome expression of the actins immune group and combining the light looking glass technique to observe the pathology change of muscle organization to offer experimental and theoretical basis.This experiment uses self-made hitting installation to make acute injury modelo frabbit's two rear limb gastrocnemius Twenty-three white rabbits are used totally, two as blank comparison group, other 21 as casual A and B big group. A group 15 as natural recovery after injury, injury group of one hour, two days, seven days, twelve days, seventeen days, which group is three. Group B involving 6 is massage curing group. According to massage time it is divided into five days group, ten days group which is three each group after injured seven days. Having gotten material, the muscle histology observation and the quantitative analysis of actins positive reaction outcome of immunity group are made for massage and natural restoring group respectively.The result show:(l) The discovery of the observation of naked eyes: In natural resuming group, the muscle skin color intend to bewhite. Also, the skin and fascia have not only obvious adhesion phenomenon, but weak yellow fatty shape hyperplasia and scleroma. In massage treatment group muscle skin color is close to be normal. Also, the adhesion of skin and tendon membrane is not obvious and there is no scleroma. It shows that the muscle's recovery condition in massage treatment group is better than that in natural recovery group.(2)Optical microscope discovery: the degree of inflammation and hydroncus of massage treatment group is less than natural recovery group in the same period. It shows that massage can promote the recovery of injured muscle issue and the reborn of muscle. It can reduce the death of muscle cell and the recovery of scar. Also, it can shorten the time of rehabilitation.(3) The discovery of quantitative analysis of actins positive outcome through image analysis system: the average optical density of actins in the massage group decreased notably after skeleton muscle injury. It has some raising after injured seventeen days. But there is no apparent difference. It shows that muscle damage cause decreasing of actins expression, which need certain time to revive and restore. The average optical density of actins of injured muscle after 10-day massage treatment is much higher than natural recovery group at the same period. It shows that massage promote the recovery of injured muscle actins' expression to offer the material foundation for the recovery of the muscle contracting foundation.
