| Allergic rhinitis is a common nasal disase, with a high incidence. In order to study the therapeutic mechanism of Wulong prescription which is concluded from Pro.Xiong Dajing's clinic experience and has a reliable treating effect on allergic rhinitis, we did the experiments to see the effect of WuLong prescription (besed on the treatment therapy of tonify spleen qi) on rat models with allergic rhinitis. And to investigate the effect of spleen Qi deficiency on allergic rhinitis.The results are as follow: Wulong prescription has significant functions of control the symptoms, low down the higher pH, regulate the RBC immunological function, reduce the pathologic change of nasal mocosa, cause the apoptosis of inflammatory cell. Spleen Qi deficiency can aggravate turbulence of the RBC immunological function, the pathologic change of nasal mocosa. Treatment therapy of tonify spleen Qi has the similar effect on allergic rhinitis in spleen Qi deficiency type to common allergic rhinitis. |
