Shu Guan Pian(SGP) has the functions of replenishing the vital essence and the blood, supplementing qi and restoring yang, which has been used to prevent and cure coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, atheroscleorsis, hyp-erlipemia and antithrombosis in clinic. It was studied that the protective effects of Shu Guan Ke Li(SGKL) on acute myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia and thrombosis, which was to supply new clinic dosage form on the basis of the favorable curative effect of SGP on angiocardiopathy. The results showed that SGKL could evidently prolong the mice survival time; siginificantly reduced rats'total and mean extents of ST segment change induced by pituitrin, obviously increase extracorporeal coronary blood flow of guinea pig, protected rats against myocardial ischemia induced by over-dosage isoproternol and enhanced the cardiac muscle SOD activity but reduced the MDA content. It was indicated that SGKL could siginificantly protected canines'acute myocardial ischemia and growed down the myocardial infarction area, which SGKL effectively reduced the content of creatine phosphokinase(CPK) and lactated dehydrogenase(LDH), obviously increased the coronary arterial blood flow(CBF), reduced its resistance to improve blood and oxygen supply, lowered heart rate, oxygen utility rate, oxygen consumption index to reduced the myocardial oxygen consumption, dropped blood systolic pressure (BSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure(LVEDP) to reduce the preload and went down total peripheral vascular resistance(TP-VR) to reduce the afterload, which made heart perfusion flow enhance. The consequence expressed that SGKL palliate the slowness of left ventriclepressure(LVP) and maximal rate of left ventricle pressure change(+dp/dtmax) to improve the contractile function of heart muscle. At the same time the results showed that SGKL could evidently improve arrhythmia caused by chloroform, barium chloride, adrenalin, which lowered the incidence rate of ventricular arrhythmias, prolonged the arrhythmic beginning time and shorted the maintain time; SGKL could evidently inhibit rats' arteriovenoous shunted thrombosis dose-dependently and blood platelet's aggregation induced by arachidonic acid(AA).
