| objective:to evaluate the effect and value of the Core decompression in the treatment of necrosis of the femoral head.methods: Long-term follow-up 69 months (40 - 95 months) was obtained for the results of core decompression in 31 patients (36 hips) affected with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head at Ficat and Arlet stages .The result of before operation and after operation have been evaluated with the standard of '93 Beidaihe hips function .The result have been analyzed by using nonparametric test. The soft is SPSS 11.0.ResuItsrSix hips of I stages have been analyzed. Kruskal-Wallis test have been used . There are different between before operation and after operation in statistics (p<0.05) Then Nemenyi test have been used.we can draw a conclusion that core decompression can improve the function of hips of I stages. Twenty-one hips of II stages have been analyzed. The result like the I stages in statistics, we can draw a conclusion that core decompression can improve the function of hips of II stages too. Eight hips of III stages have been analyzed. Kruskal-Wallis test have been used. There arenot different between before operation and after operation in statistics (p>0.05) .we can draw a conclusion that core decompression cannot improve the function of hips of III stagesConclusioir.Core decompression is significance for ischemic necrosis of the femoral head of Ficat I and II stages in statistics. It can improve the function of hips of Ficat I and II stages. The total arthroplasty can be delayed. There arenot significance for ischemic necrosis of the femoral head of Ficat IIIand IV stages in statistics. Itcannot improve the function of hips of Ficat IIIand IV stages. But the pain can be improve. |
