The Children Qingfeiyin Inhibition Of Influenza Virus And Mouse Lungs Interferon Induced

Objective : to determine the anti-influenza activities of QFY ; to explore how to prevent and cure influenza pneumonia. Materials and methods1. Used egg inoculation and hemagglutination test to observe the anti-influenza activities of QFY and determine the EDb and the perfect agent in anti-virus.2. Based on the influenza pneumonia pattern of mice to study the death protective rate and inhibitive rate of lung indexes of QFY.3. Used RT-PCR to test the expressions of IV RNA and IFN mRNA. Result:1. In vitro:The perfect agent in anti-influenza is 0.5g/ml.2. In vivo:1) QFY can protect influenza pneumonia mice from death , prolong their life spans and reduce their lung indexes;2) The expressions of IV RNA in the QFY high dosage group are lower than others and the expressions of IFN mRNA are higher.Conclusion:1. QFY has anti-influenza activities in vitro and vivo;2. QFY can inhibitate the replication of influenza virus in mice lungs and induce the production of IFN;3. QFY can prevent and cure influenza pneumonia.
