The paper stresses on the relation between test group and contrast feasibility and importance of treatment for allergic rhinitis through the lung while the principles of composing prescription was established through treatment the overbalace of the lung Energy.Clinical study: sixty cases were randomly allocated to Group i (thirty-six cases treated through the lung with Zin-I-Chin-fa-In Pill for two months)and Group II (twenty four cases treated with Zhong-Lian Rhinitis Pilll for two months), with severe diagnosis, standard of exclusion and inclusion and standard of evaluating. The result showed that Specific IgE levels in the patients of the test group reduced significantly than before two months and CD4> CDS reduce significantly than before. Difference of clinical effect between before and after was insignificant (p<0.05). Specific IgE levels in group i werJ. markedly lower than in Group II and CD^ CDS levels were markedly lower than in Group II (p<0.05). The more effective rate was 61,11% and total effective rate was 86.11 % in group I . Though the difference of total effective rate between two groups was not significant (p>0.05), the more effective rate of the treatment group was marke dly higher than the control group (p<0.05). The efects on Specific IgE and controlling T lymphocyte's function in the treatment group, which were reduced the everbalace of lung Energy to treat allergic rhinitis, were markedly better than the contorl group with Zhong-Lianrhinitis Pill. In summary Specific IgE were increased in the patient of allergic rhinitis produced by the over balance of lung-energy It is suggested that Zin-I-chin-fa-Incould improve T lyrnphocyte;s function to release Anti- bodies and reduce the medium.
