Purpose:To research the correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae of different syndromes and Gender, season, all age groups; To research the correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae of different syndromes and CRP, IgM antibody titers, CT features.Method:160 cases were chosen from the inpatients who were diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2010 to December 2010, All patients met the inclusion criteria. We fill out the Review survey of mycoplasma pneumonia, including name, gender, age, season, Crp, IgM antibody titers, CT features. According to the diagnostic criteria symptoms of TCM , We divide it into different malevolent self-transformations types and use SPSS17.0 software for statistical processing to observe the correlation between syndrome of TCM and clinical parametersResults:1. Mycoplasma pneumoniae of different syndromes of TCM have no correlation with sex (P >0.05)2. Mycoplasma pneumoniae of different syndromes of TCM have correlations with seasons (P <0.05), In the spring, syndromes of pathogenic wind-heat invading the lung is main part among all syndromes of TCM, and there are statistical significances among the syndromes of pathogenic wind-heat invading the lung, the syndromes of pathogenic wind-cold invading the lung,dryness-pathogen invading the lung. In the summer, syndromes of Lung-stomach heat is main part among all syndromes of TCM, and there are statistical significances among the syndromes of pathogenic Lung-stomach heat, the syndromes of pathogenic wind-cold invading the lung,dryness-pathogen invading the lung. In the autumn and winter, no statistical significances among all syndromes of TCM. 3. Mycoplasma pneumoniae of different syndromes of TCM have correlations with different age groups. (P <0.01),4. On the aspect of lncrp ,there are statistical significances between the syndromes of pathogenic Lung-stomach heat and the syndromes of pathogenic wind-cold invading the lung,dryness-pathogen invading the lung(p<0.05). statistical significances also exist between the syndromes of pathogenic wind-heat invading the lung and the syndromes of pathogenic wind-cold invading the lung,dryness-pathogen invading the lung(p<0.05).there is not statistical significance among the syndromes of lack of lung-yin,pathogenic wind-cold invading the lung,dryness-pathogen invading the lung。5. The IgM antibody titers of mycoplasma pneumonia mostly are distributed between 1:80 and 1:160,and there are not statistical significances among all syndromes of TCM(P>0.05).So are the CT features. Conclusion:Mycoplasma pneumoniae of different syndromes of TCM have correlation with seasons, age groups,CRP,but there are not correlations between the different syndromes of TCM and gender,IgM antibody titers,CT features...
