Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Active Treatment Decision-making Analysis

Purpose:The treatment for rheumatoid arthritis strict health economics evaluation, this paper combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of western medicine therapy and simplicity of rheumatoid arthritis treatment effect and economic effect, reasonable utilization of China health resources, and improve the quality of life had long-term.Material and method:Collect 2010 September to March 2011 in Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the people's liberation army article 202 hospital rheumatism lead and met inclusion criteria of 60 patients, record the basic situation, hospitalization intervention factors, symptoms and signs, health assessment and treatment and checking expenses and other related clinical data and indicators, using health economics cost-effectiveness analysis method of combination of TCM and western medicine therapy and simplicity of western medicine therapy RA two treatment strategies and evaluation.Results:From the Angle of cost-effectiveness analysis, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better than pure western schemes in treatment options.Conclusion:For the clinical treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, in health economics, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plan better than western medicine treatment scheme is worth clinical promotion effective, economical, and reasonable treatment options. Also hint at optimization method of health economics, help clinical treatment decision-making process, in order to choose the best treatment with minimum cost on the maximum benefit play an important guiding role.
