| Information Science and Technology has a rapid development with the maturity of computer science and wide usage of network technology. People have made breakthrough in collecting, processing, analyzing and mining the information. Many fields try to process the information with modern science and technology and achieved tremendous achievement. In the field of medical science, people also used this technology, so the Electronic Health Record System comes as the times require. The electronic health record is the supporting system for clinical working of modern medical institution and it's also the main information resources and components of citizen health files. The building of the Standardized Electronic Health Record System is the base work to realize the regionalization of health care platform in our country.Chinese medicine is the indispensable part in our medical care system. In order to synchronize with the modern construction of medical system and develop Chinese medicine, the construction of standardized electronic health record system in Chinese medical care organization becomes the key point of information-based work in our health care service. Now with the propaganda and support by the country, Chinese medicine is accepted by more and more people. The organizations which provide Chinese medical care service show its diversification and small medical clinics appear quickly. All of these become the important part in health service system. Now, the research in applying the Electronic Health Record System in large hospital has already started and achieved certain progress. But the research in how to built a Electronic Health Record System which not only suitable for Chinese clinic, but also accord with standard of the country doesn't take highly important.This study designed the working module by analyzing the procedure of GUO YI TANG clinic. Take the design of similarity process in all the medical care organization for reference; focus in the research of particularity of GUO Yi TANG clinic as following:1. To select diagnostic data standards, through literature study and concerning the National Standard of the People's Republic of China and the industry standard, the GB/T15657-1995 Classification and codes of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine (95GB) will be used in record the traditional Chinese medical diagnosis. This standard specifies the classification and codes of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine. And it is convenient for the fields of traditional Chinese medical treatment, hygiene statistics, management of Chinese medical records, scientific research, teaching, publishing, and domestic or international exchange.2. For look, listen, question and feel the pulse--four ways of diagnosis, keeping the completeness of the patience's information and the disease's record is the essential requirements. After contrasting the storage styles of information, this study will take the way of free text mode.3. Coding the Chinese herbal medicine is very important in the process of standard the traditional medicine. But there is not a unified standard. This study will base on the real needs of the GUO YI TANG Clinic, take the pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China for the reference. And the rules of designing codes will be concerned. The study will use some qualities extracting from those of the Chinese herbal medicine to design the code by the method of generated code.4. According to the actual research needs of the subject, the study will take the operation of drill_down to process the date and design the algorithm.Through this study, an feasible design will be raised to direct building the Standardizing Electronic Health Record System of the GUO YI TANG Clinic. This design will accord with the national standards and the fact requirement of the clinic. The design will reduce errors of the work and promote development of the clinic. Using the design will also benefit the collection, storage and mining the information of clinical information. |
