MPS.At the same time,she points out that the symptom of Heart-Kidney Disharmony is the most common syndrome,so the treatment of this disease mostly releated to kidney,heart and liver.This project researches the relationship between the emotional symptom in MPS and the 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), Luteinizing hormone (LH) and Estradiol(E2) in serum.57 cases with the symptom of Heart-Kidney Disharmony were collected from the clinic.They were divided into two groupes according to the scores evaluated by international Kupperman Grade(34 cases as the observition group with high score while 23 cases as the control group with low score),observing the level of 5-HT,FSH,LH,E2 in serum.Meanwhile,Observation Form for clinical symptom was filled in.Results show that the occurance of this disease is realated to 5-HT and E2 while FSH and LH have no realationship with this disease,Meanwhile,the Severity ot this disease is realated to FSH,LH and E2,but the correlation with 5-HT is no significant,These conclusions are useful to the chinese medicine treatment of emotional symptom in MPS.
