| Objective: To observe the correlation between kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome and sex hormone, estrogen receptor(ERα,ERβ)in postmenopausal women. To explore the biological mechanism of menopause syndrome in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of menopause syndrome with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Included in the standard questionnaire, menopause syndrome in patients with clinical manifestations of PRO scale including menopause syndrome, improved Kupperman Index(KI)table and four diagnostic information collection table using the dialectics of grouping, using automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method to detect sex hormone and estrogen receptor, analysis of input data statistics processing.According to the results of syndrome and element correlation, the group was divided into kidney deficiency and liver depression group(referred to as liver depression group)and kidney deficiency group. Finally, the correlation between different groups and sex hormones and receptors was analyzed to discuss the clinical significance of the results. Results: 1.Descriptive statistics of the general situation A total of 46 cases of menopausal syndrome were included in this study, among which 5 cases were excluded because their receptors could not be detected.Finally,41 cases were included in this study.Distribution of syndrome types: liver depression group in 30 cases, kidney deficiency group in 11 cases. The age distribution ranged from 42 to 56 years old(48.90 3.69).Among them,26 cases(63.41%)were aged 42-49.15 cases(36.59%)were aged 50-56.2.The relationship between body mass index(BMI)and sex hormones The statistical results showed that there was no correlation between BMI and E2,FSH and LH2 in postmenopausal syndrome patients.3.Comparison of sex hormone levels in postmenopausal syndrome patients Comparison of FSH values between two different groups in patients with menopausal syndrome FSH values of the two groups of patients were tested for normality.FSH values of the liver depression group did not follow the normal distribution,so the non-parametric test(mann-whitney U test)was used. The results showed that the difference in FSH values between the two groups was statistically significant(U=85.00,P < 0.05).The average rank of FSH in the liver depression group was 23.67(n=30),while the average rank of FSH in the kidney deficiency group was 13.73(n=11).To sum up,the FSH values of the two groups were compared, and those of the liver depression group and the > kidney deficiency group.comparison of E2 values between two different groups in patients with menopausal syndrome The E2 values of the two groups of data were tested for normality and homogeneity of variance.E2 values were normally distributed in each group, but the variance was not homogeneous,so the non-parametric test(mann-whitney U test)was used. The results showed that there was a significant difference in E2 between the liver depression group(mean rank =17.67)and the kidney deficiency group(mean rank =30.09),and the difference was statistically significant. The liver depression group < the kidney deficiency group,U=65.00,P < 0.05.comparison of LH value between two different groups in menopausal syndrome patients LH values of the two groups were tested for normality.LH values did not follow normal distribution in the liver depression group,so the non-parametric test(mann-whitney U test)was used. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in LH values between the two groups(P=0.942).3.4 Comparison of FSH/LH values between the two groups in patients with menopausal syndrome The FSH/LH ratio of the two groups was tested for normality, and it was found that the FSH/LH ratio was not normally distributed in each group,so the non-parametric test(mann-whitney U test)was used. The results showed that the difference of FSH/LH value between the two groups was statistically significant(U=31.00,P < 0.05).The average rank of FSH/LH ratio in the liver depression group was 25.47(n=30),while the average rank of FSH/LH ratio in the kidney deficiency group was 8.82(n=11).To sum up,the ratio of FSH/LH was compared between the two groups. In the liver depression group,> and kidney deficiency group.4.Comparison of estrogen receptors in postmenopausal patients 4.1 comparison of estrogen receptor, and E2 between the two groups As can be seen from the scatter plots of estrogen receptor, and E2,there is no monotonic correlation between estrogen receptor, and E2.4.2 comparison of estrogen receptor alpha and beta in two groups of menopausal syndrome patients After normal test of the estrogen receptor and values in the two groups,it was found that the estrogen receptor and values were not normally distributed in each group,so the non-parametric test(mann-whitney U test)was used. The results showed that the difference of the estrogen receptor values between the two groups was statistically significant(U=55.50,P < 0.05).The average rank of estrogen receptor alpha in the liver depression group was 21.78(n=25),and that in the kidney deficiency group was 11.05(n=11).In summary, the two groups of estrogen receptor alpha value was compared, liver depression group > kidney deficiency group; The difference of estrogen receptor between the two groups was statistically significant(U=60.50,P < 0.05).The average rank of estrogen receptor was 21.58(n=25)in the liver depression group and 11.50(n=11)in the kidney deficiency group. To sum up,compare the two groups of estrogen receptor value, liver depression group > kidney deficiency group.4.3 comparison of ERα /ERβ ratio between two different groups of estrogen receptors in patients with menopausal syndrome The ERα /ERβ values of the two groups were tested for normality, and the ERα /ERβ values were not normally distributed in each group,so the non-parametric test(mann-whitney U test)was used. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in ERα/ERβvalues between the two groups(P=0.787 > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.There was no significant correlation between the sex hormone levels and BMI in the menopausal syndrome group with kidney deficiency and liver depression and the group with kidney deficiency. As a factor,BMI had no significant difference in syndrome type.2.The level of E2 in the kidney-deficiency and liver-stagnation group of menopausal syndrome is lower than that in the kidney-deficiency and liver-depression group, suggesting that the consumption of estrogen in the kidney-deficiency and liver-depression group is more obvious, and the level of sex hormone can be used as a dialectical reference for the microscopic parameters in the patients with menopausal syndrome.3.There was a certain correlation between estrogen receptor and estrogen receptor values in the two groups, and there was a correlation between estrogen receptor and liver depression, while there was no significant correlation between ERα/ERβvalues in the two groups. |
