Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of "Chi Feng Ying Yuan Zhen Fa "on periarthritis humeroscapularis in freezing period and the influence of the therapy on pain of shoulder, functional activities of shoulder, ability of daily life.Metheds:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of the observed object, according to the order of the first to consultation with the random number table, randomly divided into two groups, treatment group of 30 patients with "Chi Feng Ying Yuan Zhen Fa", the control group of 30 patients with normal acupuncture treatment. Daily treatment 1 times,10 times for 1 course, course interval of 3-4 days, during treatment with functional exercise, after 2 courses of treatment, to have the shoulder pain score (VAS), functional activity score of shoulder joint (ROM), activities of daily living score (ADL), and judge curative effect.Results:â‘ The treatment group:curing 5,excellence 13,utility 10,ineffective 2,total effective rate 93.33%;The control group:curing 2,excellence 8,utility 15,ineffective 5,total effective rate 83.34%,the two group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).â‘¡two groups inside shoulder pain, shoulder function activities, activities of daily living before and after were done by statistical analysis, all have significant difference (P<0.01).â‘¢between the two groups in shoulder pain, shoulder function activities, activities of daily living were compared, there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:For the periarthritis humeroscapularis in freezing period patients, both treatments can relieve shoulder pain, increase shoulder range of activities, improve activities of daily living."Chi Feng Ying Yuan Zhen Fa"in improving the symptoms and signs better than normal acupuncture treatment.
