Objective:To evaluate the preventative clinical effect of common migraine by taking penetrated needling on acupoints. Methods:Under the study of randomized controlled trial, seventy cases of migraine were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 cases each. Penetrated needling on the points of GB5 to piantou, piantou to EX-HN5, GB8 to SJ20, SJ5 to PC6 were applied in the experimental group; and Flunarizine were used for the control group. After three months'experiment, we had followed the cases for six months and evaluate the preventative clinical effect of penetrated needling by effective rate. Result:The effective rate in experimental group (94.29%) was higher than that in control group (57.14%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:Penetrated needling on acupoints is an effective way for preventatively treating common migraine. |
