Qi And Nourishing Yin Medicine, Clinical Observations, With The Folfox6 Chemotherapy Treatment Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

This thesis consists of two parts:a literature review and a clinical observation.The literature review is about medical treatment of Colorectal Cancer, contains chemotherapy, targeted oriented therapy and the utilization of Chinese medicine.The second part is a clinical research.Objective:To observe the effect of life quality, the efficacy, and safety of the Chinese medicine drugs used with FOLFOX6 for the patients of Colorectal Cancer in advanced stage. Methods:30 patients who were consistent with the standards of the choice for Colorectal Cancer in advanced stage are divided into two groups randomly:control group and treatment group. At the 1st day of the chemotherapy cycle of FOLFOX6, the patients of the treatment group began to take the drugs for 2 cycles while the patients of the control group took placebos. Before every cycle and at the end of 2 cycles,according to the standards of the assessment, recording the Score of EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0 and KPS, and some index of immunity, examining some index, such as liver and kidney function of the two groups to evaluate the toxicity of the medicine. When 2 cycles finished, masked the whole efficacy and then appreciated it. Results:The patients of Colorectal Cancer in advanced stage after the therapy, the live quality of the treatment group after-treatment had more significant differences than the control group. Conclusion:The drug could be effective for the patients of Colorectal Cancer in advanced stage with the chemotherapy cycle. The medicine could improve the life quality and help patients out of the enteric side-effects of the chemotherapy reatment. It could be helpful for the patients to recover from the chemotherapy.
