| 1. Research purposeObserved the influence of extracts from quadricuspid ginseng of Mount Tai to liver glucose metabolism and sports ability of small white mice, we could study the effects, which can provide scientific basis for guiding sports training and enhancing sports ability, and effectively improving the exploitation and application of patent medicine of glucose metabolism in sports, of quadricuspid ginseng in improving body sports ability and anti-fatigue.2. Research methodWe selected 120 Kunming male mouse, and divided randomly into four groups. A group is sedentary control group, B group is exercise control group, C group is sedentary taking medicine group, and D group is exercise taking medicine group. After four weeks, we divided every group into three subgroups, which were sedentary group, exhaustive immediately group, and exhaustive recovery of 12h group. In time,we took liver tissue of dead mouse, and determined the content of hepatic glycogen, pyroracemic acid, lactic acid(LD), malic dehydrogenase(MDH), and succinodehydrogenase(SDH). All data were used independent sample t-test by SPSS17.0, and we got the results that significant differences was P<0.05, and very significant difference was P<0.01.3. Experimental results3.1 At peaceful state, the content of hepatic glycogen of D group is higher than A group, B group, and C group (P<0.01), B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of pyroracemic acid of B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of LD of D group is higher than A group and C group (P<0.01), B group is lower than A group (P<0.05), the content of SDH of B group is higher than A group (P<0.01), C group is higher than A group, the content of MDH of C group and B group is higher than A group (P<0.01)3.2 Exhaustive immediately moment, the content of hepatic glycogen of B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of pyroracemic acid of D group is higher than A group and C group (P<0.05), B group is higher than A group(P<0.05), the content of LD of D group is lower than A group and C group (P<0.01), B group is lower than A group (P<0.05), the content of SDH of D group is higher than A group and B group (P<0.01), B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of MDH of C group and B group is higher than A group (P<0.01)3.3 After 12h of exhaustive recovery, the content of hepatic glycogen of B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of pyroracemic acid of B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of LD of B group is higher than A group (P<0.05), the content of SDH of D group is higher than A group and B group (P<0.01), C group is higher than A group, the content of MDH of D group is higher than A group, B group, and C group (P<0.01), C group is higher than A group (P<0.05)4. Conclusion4.1 Exercise training can improve the content of hepatic glycogen for mice, Promote recovery process of glycogen synthesis, increase the activity of SDH and MDH at peaceful state, improve the ability of aerobic oxidation, extend exercise time to exhaustion, and enhance sports ability.4.2 Purely taking the extracts from quadricuspid ginseng of Mount Tai can improve the content of hepatic glycogen for mice, promote liver glycogen recovery, reduce the content of LD of the anaerobic metabolism relevant indicators, promote pyroracemic acid generation, improve the ability of sugar Anaerobic glycolysis, indicating that the extracts from quadricuspid ginseng of Mount Tai can improve the body anaerobic metabolism ability.4.3 Taking the extracts from quadricuspid ginseng of Mount Tai can improve the content of hepatic glycogen for mice at peaceful state, promote recovery process of glycogen synthesis, improve the activity of SDH and MDH of sugar aerobic metabolic at peaceful state, retard the reducing process of the activity of SDH and MDH of sugar aerobic metabolic, promote recovering the activity of SDH and MDH of sugar aerobic metabolic, indicating that the extracts from quadricuspid ginseng of Mount Tai can improve the body anaerobic metabolism ability, delay fatigue and improve sports achievements. |
