Objective To observe the level of Tumor necrosis factor-αand Hepatocytegrowth factor in serum between people of normal blood pressure and people of pre-hypertension with fasting blood-glucose changes; Research the role and significanceof TNF-αand HGF in the pre hypertension occurs and develops .Methods: According to the 2005 China Hypertension Prevention Guidelines,200 healthy people who haven't taken antihypertensive drug previously, in this thesis, are divided into two groups after check-up. One is pre hypertension group [withthe systolic blood pressure of 120~139 mmHg and/or the diastolic blood pressure of80 ~ 89 mmHg , n = 140]. The other is normal blood pressure group [with the systolicblood pressure/diastolic blood pressure<120/80 mmHg , n = 60]. And according totheir fasting blood-glucose level, they are divided into 3 groups : Group A [normalblood pressure﹢fasting blood-glucose< 5.6mmol/L , n=60], Group B [pre-hypertension﹢fasting blood-glucose<5.6mmol/L , n=70] and Group C [pre-hypertension﹢impaired fasting glycaemia (5.6mmol/L≤fastingblood-glucose<6.9mmol/L), n=70]. The TNF-αand HGF level of all people aremeasured by ELISA.Results (1) B group TNF-α, HGF significantly higher than the A group [TNF-α:B group (70.99±7.00) vs A group (59.76±8.16) ng / L, P <0.01]; [HGF: B group(487.74±46.11 ) vs A group (435.17±58.01) ng / L, P <0.01]. C group TNF-α, HGFsignificantly higher than the B group [TNF-α: C group (76.27±6.80) vs B group(70.99±7.00) ng / L, P <0.01] [HGF: C group (504.59±54.49) vs B group (487.74±46.11) ng / L, P <0.05]; (2) Pearson correlation analysis showed that TNF-αand HGFoverall positive correlation (r = 0.622, p <0.01). (3) multiple regression analysisshowed SBP and FBG was positive correlated with HGF (SBP:β= 0.645, P <0.01;FBG:β= 0.216, P<0.05).Conclusions TNF-αand HGF in patients with pre-hypertension weresignificantly higher than that in normal group, when combined with impaired fastingglucose ,TNF-αand HGF increased further, this phenomenon indicates that inflammatory endothelial cell injury and repair may exist in pre-hypertensionpeople; when combined IFG, the inflammatory endothelial cell injury and repair ismore evident.
