College Students Of A School Mental Health And General Self-efficacy Research

Objectives:Through questionnaire, documents and information for individual interviews, the author researches and analysis the relevance of the vocational school students'mental health and the general sense of self efficiency, in order to strengthen vocational school students mental health education and raise their level of efficiencyMethods:Through the mental health diagnosis test (mht) and efficiency in general sense questionnaire survey to the vocational school students, the author analysis the learning element among the different groups; Through diversity analysis the partys, the author researches the learning element to the vocational school students'mental health standards and general sense of self efficiency; Through the logic of the method of analysis, the author researches the factors on the vocational students'mental health levels; Analysis the relevance of the vocational school students'mental health standards and general sense of self efficiency.Results:Vocationa school students'mental health problems are severe and the most one factor is study anxiety; The vocational students'general sense of self efficiency is comparatively good and 63.3% of them with higher confidence;Psychological anxiety is more higher and the level of general sense of self fficiency is more lower, the correlation coefficient is 0.21379.The reverse relationship exists between interpersonal anxiety,lonely tendencies,allergic tendencies and general sense of self efficiency, the correlation coefficient is 0.11521. 0.25589.0.15262. The score of body symptoms,terrorist and impulse tendencies is more higher, general sense of self efficiency is more lower, the correlation coefficient is 0.31799. 0.27635.0.12706.There is no relevance between study anxiety. self-blame tendencies and general sense of self efficiency.Conclusion:Society,families and the school should build a solid network to strengthen the students' mental health education and should be standardized and institutionalized to ensure the results. Through strengthening students'experience obtained and leading them to summary the right reason of sussess and failure, the students'general sense of self will be improved.
