Enterprises should act as the principle body to impove the quality. They should establish product quality assessment management system with emphasis on quality management, manage to get the certification of the management systerm or the products, strenghen the capability of R&D to get a better image of exports, and meanwhile, train the relevant employees to be TBT enterprises. With all of these be done, the quality of exports will be greatly improved, and our domestic enterprises will face a new bright world trade enviroment.
