The Influencing Factors Of The Industrial Cluster Innovation And Power

As the regional economy rapidly rises and develops so fast, the industrial cluster has become the hot spot, to which lots of economists pay attention. Technology innovation of cluster is one of the most important research theses, as technology innovation ability has a significant effect on the industrial cluster's survival and development. Therefore, it is very important to the development of regional economy, that doing some thorough research on affected factors and dynamic mechanism, grasping the law of industrial cluster's formation and evolution, formulating the corresponding developmental strategy of industrial cluster, and guiding and cultivating the industrial cluster develop healthy and fast. But nowadays, our researches on industrial cluster innovation have only focused on developed eastern region or on hi-tech industry, while lack of researches on industrial cluster innovation of relative developing western region and traditional industry. Chengdu furniture cluster is a typical traditional industrial cluster in western region. Enterprises in this cluster are facing the puzzle that the technology innovation ability is insufficient. As market competition become more and more intense nowadays, to discuss how to promote technology innovation ability of this cluster, is very important to its healthy development. It has a realism important role to analyze the actuality of the traditional industrial cluster in western region, to conclude the problem of it, and then to discuss the measure to develop it, which could be used for reference to development of both traditional industrial cluster and industrial cluster in western region.The current study reviewed correlative theories of industrial cluster and technology innovation, discussed the connotation of industrial cluster and technology innovation, and analyzed their relationship. Then we discussed affected factors and dynamic mechanism of the industrial cluster innovation. Especially analyzed factors may affect industrial cluster innovation for infrastructure, social culture, human resource, capital investment, technology environment, and specialized markets etc; and dynamic mechanism for competition effects, cluster learning, diffusion and spill effect, and incentive effect etc. Based these discussion and analyses, we did mathematical derivation and set up a dynamic model for dynamic factors of industrial cluster innovation. Taken Chengdu furniture cluster as a case, we used interview method and questionnaire survey to collected source material, after analysis and conclusion; we did regression analysis effects of competition effects, cluster learning, diffusion and spill Effect and incentive effect on technology innovation ability of industrial cluster, and summarized the actuality and problems of Chengdu furniture cluster. At the end, we used experiences both inside and outside for reference, gave up countermeasures and suggestions on enterprise, cluster and government aspects, and gave detailed advices to Chengdu furniture cluster.
