In the new economic age,Human Resource Management has played much more important role in enterprise's strategy implementation. HR department is getting to be the important strategic business partner of the corporation.Based on the Human Resource management practices of Kodak company in his strategic transformation period and my personal practical experiences in Kodak, I performed initial research and analysis to the subject regarding HR how to transform to strategic human resources management to support the company's strategic transformation. I also particularly explicate the practice of setting up HR share service centre in Kodak. Hopefully, it will give some elicitation to those HR colleagues who are going to set up HR share service centre and devote to HR strategic transformation.This paper consists 4 parts:The first part is"Exordium". This part introduces the background, objectives, meaning and frame of the research and analysis.The second part is"Brief introduction of Kodak and its current strategic transformation". This part introduces the Development course of Kodak, the challenges Kodak faced in the digital era and the strategic transformation it is taking on.The third part is"HR strategy align with company's strategic transformation". This part analysis the functions of Human Resource Management in the strategic transformation, and based on the practices of HR management in Kodak, address how to establish the HR strategies to support the corporation strategic transformation.The forth part is"Set up HR share service centre". This part introduces the concept of share services and the benefits it can bring to the enterprise. I also put emphasis on introducing the practical process and experiences of setting up HR share services centre in Kodak.Through summarize the practical process and experiences of setting up HR share services centre in Kodak. I think the key successful factors of setting up and running HR share services centre are: 1. Systematic plan. 2. Effective change management. 3. United information system support.
