Analysis And Study On Land Use Status Based On Gis

The article takes the case of south town of FuMeng county in Liaoning province for example, the study is in response to the fundamental principles and requirements on rational land utilization, using the l:2000 scale land use map of south town of FuMeng county, SRTM radar terrain data, statistic data and historical material of social and economic, with the aid of GIS software such as ArcGIS and landscape analysis software FRAGSTATS, based on the basic theory of land use structure study, Landscape Ecology and the strategy of sustainable development. The study is taken by land use statistic structural analysis mathematical model and the integration of landscape index analysis and spatial statistics analysis, the land use status of south town of FuMeng county is analyzed and studied, then research the existing problems of land use, and put forward several operable and concrete solutions, providing foundations on plans and decision-making for the assumption of realizing sustainable and ecological utilization in land.This research shows that south town of FuMeng county has a variety of land use types, with a great number of location significance agricultural land and forestry and grass land, but lack in land-use combination, obviously geographical diversity land-use. Steady decline in agricultural land area, particularly the decline in cultivated land and garden plot area certainly will affect a virtuous cycle of regional ecological environment and socio-economic sustainable development. In south town of FuMeng county agricultural land and forestry land has large proportion and high advantage, cultivated land, forestry land, grass land and urban-rural land have large proportion of all, they are main landscape types. The connected degree of forestry land, grass land, cultivated land and water surface is high, and flaky distribution, unused land, garden plot and urban-rural land have scattered distribution with its shapes complicate, the aggregation and cohesive level is low and fragmentation degree is large. Land use spatial pattern heterogeneity is more obvious, and it has a certain gradient distribution.
