Study Of Communitiy Information Service System Base On Web

With the development of the society and people's desire for better life, the need of the community service has been continuously increasing. The community construction and management has become a hot topic of the city life in China. With the progress of information technology, more and more communities begin to offer intelligent services; however, the construction and management of intelligent communities is still at the initial stage. How to meet the various needs of different social groups and build an intelligent and inhabitable social community is becoming the hot topic for theoretical as well as practical research. In this context, we have designed and developed a community information service system based on the WEB technical, integrating community management, information releasing, and on-line video broadcasting. The purpose of this system is to satisfy community residents'need and to enhance the management of community and the quality of residents'life. It is an experiment for the community information construction, and offers an approach for the community information construction.This article is based on an in-depth investigation of the community management and its business process. Taking into consideration the requirements of community information management by using the computer science, network technique, the database technique and management principles and methods, we designed the system and database of the community service system.In this research, we designed the system in Visual Studio2005, and programmed the process for ASP.NET WEB. This work includes the processing of the construction, function and database link of the blocks of this system. Also, we solved the problem of business layer and data layer, especially the page operated without refurbishing ,video playing and uploading, and, we discussed the applicability, and security of the system.This system has a good performance both in function and capability test, and realizes all the desired purposes. More importantly, it realizes the data-sharing function with the town medical treatment insurance system, allowing the residents to obtain their basic medical treatment insurance in time through this system. The system embodies the creed of'system servicing community and community servicing system'. Furthermore, it has the advantages of practicality, advancement, integrality, convenience.
