Studying Of Construction Of High School's Campus Culture To Utilize Vod Platform

Campus culture, reflecting the spirit essence of the schools, is a part of the whole social culture and the foundation of the schools. Characteristics of campus culture in a way reflect the characteristics of a school. Today, education reform is in progress and campus culture is an important carrier of quality education. With the development of science and technology, the campus TV based network platform is increasingly becoming an important route of transmission of the campus culture, because it is timely, convenient, and effective. To promote the construction of campus culture, the educational function of the campus Video-on-demand (VOD) platform is studied in the thesis.This thesis theoretically clarifies the meaning, function, route of transmission of campus culture, and describes the advantages and role of the campus VOD platform for promoting the construction of campus culture, and then discusses the construction and organization of the campus television station, the rationality and effectiveness of its operation mode, and the design of the campus VOD platform. Based on the investigation, three main sections, the cognitive, moral and skill-show column, are established to realize the knowledge transfer, ideological and moral education and emotional stimulant, and entertainment function of campus culture. This thesis also focuses on specific cases to prove the campus VOD platform can effectively spread the campus culture, promote the construction of campus culture and achieve the educational function of campus culture. And the feedback from the students shows that the positive effects of this educational function that is different from educational function of classroom teaching and does not coerce students to receive education, but infects student's thinking and behavior by using non-coercive means.This thesis carries out some exploration on studying and developing the educational function of campus VOD platform, such as establishing three main section to realize educational function of campus culture and proposing "three-tier management mode" of campus TV-station to give full play to the activities of the school leadership department, guidance teachers and students active. The experience of our works may be some reference to other similar schools.
