Cultivating Highly-skilled Personnel Through Reforming And Developing Vocational Education

With our nation's paying more and more attention to the training and urgent necessity of highly skilled personnel, this article discusses the meaning of training highly-skilled personnel and the great success we achieved. This article analyzed the problems of training highly skilled personnel and puts forward series of suggestions for developing vocational education and training highly skilled personnel in the new period.The research on the training of highly skilled personnel, is the necessity of enterprise's survival and development, and urgent necessity of economy and society's development. Meanwhile, it is also the necessity of vocational education theory itself. It is part of our nation's education system, and conforms to our long-term national program for the development of talents. At the same time, it is also important means of promoting social progress and employment and re-employment, and solving the problem of the people's livelihood.Our economy and society's development needs talents and vocational education must play its important role. Adjustment of industrial structure has great impact on the development scale and speed of vocational education, and professional construction, etc. Vocational education should obey the development level of economy and society, and conform to the law of development. We should make the training goal clear, make it better serve the economic and social development through the optimization of its own structure.By the academic review, we should summarize the development rule and successful experience of other countries' vocational education.
