Studies On Highly Skilled Talents Training In Vocational Colleges

Manufacturing is the pillar industry of Ningbo economy.In 2015,Ningbo achieved a total industrial output value of 1,670 billion yuan and ranked the first place in Zhejiang Province,which means that manufacturing has been an important engine that supports Ningbo's economic growth.After the economy enters the new normal,Ningbo manufacturing accelerates to transfer to intelligent manufacturing and new trends of the demand for highly skilled talents begin to emerge.However,the number of the current newly-increasing skilled talents cannot meet the new demand.This is uncoordinated with Ningbo economic development level,which also restricts the enterprises to become bigger and stronger.Therefore,accelerating the construction of high-skilled talents is the important condition and guarantee that Ningbo city steps forward the goal of advanced manufacturing,which will have profound influence to Ningbo's future economic development.Vocational college is the breeding base of skilled talents and shoulders the responsibilities of cultivating highly skilled talents for local industry and enterprises and constantly promoting the industrialization of regional economy.Vocational college should adapt to the social development trend and makes full use of its features and advantages to actively explore an effective way of cultivating highly skilled talents with Chinese characteristics and to build a good environment for the cultivation of highly skilled talents,which fundamentally changes the current situation that there is short of highly skilled talents and offers inexhaustible high-quality skilled talents.Therefore,it is an urgent issue to research and resolve at present.The paper uses human capital theory and combines public utilities,public service and sociology to study the issue from three aspects: the first aspect is to study the relevant theories at home and abroad which are related with highly skilled personnel training;the second aspect is to take Ningbo Vocational College as a case study of Ningbo's public practice training base and highly skilled talents training base in terms of cultivating highly skilled talents,which analyzes the current situation of Ningbo highly skilled personnel training and the existing problems;the third aspect is to use the experience of some developed countries in terms of highly skilled personnel training for reference.The talents training should combine with Ningbo's local economic characteristics,strengthen the government's functions,accelerate the school's teaching reform and improve the enterprise's participation.In this way,government,school and enterprise can find their role orientations – government predominance,school acting as the main body and enterprise participation.Through the above methods,the ways of highly skilled talents training in vocational college are established and perfected to ease the demand of Ningbo's economic development for highly skilled talents.
