Objective: To investigate liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension in patients with gallbladder stones to practice splenctomy and cardia broken away from the peripheral vascular surgery the feasibility of cholecystectomy in the same period. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 44 cases of liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension clinical data of patients with gallstones of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university between January 2002 and July 2009, Result: The same period in surgery(CS):splenctomy and cardia broken away from the peripheral vascular surgery, and cholecystectomy had 25 patients. In the control group (SS):only splenectomy and cardia broken away from the peripheral vascular surgery had 19 patients. Cirrhosis with portal hypertension combined gall stone surgery over the same period compared with the control group, operation bleeding, average duration of hospitalization, postoperative complications, incidence and mortality, etc. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) , in which Child-Pugh classification C level complications in patients was significantly higher than A, B class patients, 80% (4/5) . Conclusion: For liver function as A, B grade, liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension gallstones splenectomy plus cardiac peripheral vascular surgery at the same time from the broken line of a cholecystectomy is safe and feasible. Moreover the prognosis of surgical and surgical indication related to Child-Pugh classification.
