Objective:To investigate the incidence and risk factors of acute graft-versus- hostdisease(aGVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT). Methods:The clinical data of 140 cases of allo-HSCT in 140 patients from Jan 2004 to Dec 2009 was analyzed..Results:aGVHD was deve-loped in 49 cases(35%) ,including 39 caseswith gradeâ… ~â…¡and 10with gradeâ…¢~â…£aGVHD, The early survival rate for gradeâ… ~â…¡aGVHD wasmore than94.9%,while that for gradeâ…¢~â…£aGVHD was 30%. Senven factors possibly correlated with the develop-ment of aGVHD were analyzed. The univariate analysis showed that diagnosis the status of disease, recipient age, donor's age, stem cell source, CD34+cell number, CD3+cell num-ber were not closely associated with the occurance of aGVHD(P>0. 05). the occurance of aGVHD was associated with HLA mismatch (P=0.004), donor's sex(P=0.026),and early infection. (P=0.039).On the Cox regression mode, 2 independent factors for gradeâ… ~â…£aGVHD were identified:HLA mismatch(RR=2.155, 95%CI=1.22-3.81, P=0.008)) and donor's sex, (RR=1.998, 95%CI=1.161-3.438, P=0.012). early infection were not associated with the occurance.of.aGVHD(RR=1.445,95%CI=0.827-2.525,P=0.196).Conclusion : HLA.mis- match and donor's sex are independent risk factors for aGVHD. |
