Enter the 21st century, China's economy has maintained a rapid development, the reform continues to advance, with the attendant competition has become fiercer, occupational population pressures faced by working, learning pressure, increasing the pressure they feel that the perceived stress also increasing. Perception is not appropriate pressure will lead to a suppression of the individual, fatigue, anxiety, poor interpersonal relationships, decreased ability to work, or even psychosomatic diseases. Research shows that individuals' perceived stress directly affects their physical health, mental health, work efficiency, and will affect individuals of the organizations operating efficiency.Occupational groups are a specific kind of social groups in the community building, development plays a vital role; they directly affect the health of the community, the healthy and harmonious development. The World Health Organization (WHO) for health is defined as "physical, mental and social well all three aspects of a situation, and not merely the absence of illness or physical robust." At present in the country on occupational health research groups more and more concerned about the psychological pressure of the crowd occupational, physical and mental health, understanding perceived pressure on the quality of life for the promotion of individual and overall health, and enhance social harmony extent of great theoretical and practical significance. This study used both at home and abroad extensive used of the maturity scale Psychology, Chinese Health Questionnaire (CHQ-12),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ-RSC),Chinese Perceived Stress Scales(CPSS),Life Event Scale (LES ),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ),Social Support Scale (SSS) ,then measure mental health status and stress-related factors in radiological medical personnel. ACTH and COR were test after that.1 Analysis of the Generally information in radiological medical personnel.The results showed that, no statistically significant results between male andfemale (P>0.05),there was statistically significant results between different age groups(P<0.05), there was statistically significant results between different marital status(P<0.05), there was statistically significant results between different contact mode of radiation (P<0.05).2 Perceived stress on the health effects in radiological medical personnelThe results of person correlation showed that, there was statistically significantresults between perceived stress and general health in different age groups(P<0.05), With the increase of perceived stress, the physical symptoms and psychological barriers also will be increased incidence. The level of ACTH and COR is higher than ordinary model in radiological medical personnel (P<0.05).3 The Influencing Factors of perceived stress in radiological medical personnelThe results of person correlation showed that, there were statistically significant results between radiological medical personnel and general people in personality (P<0.05), there was relationship between personality and perceived stress in radiological medical personnel (P<0.05), there was relationship between perceived stress and coping style(P<0.05), there was relationship between perceived stress and social support (P<0.05).So reducing occupational stress in radiological medical personnel and strengthening their coping resources may be efficient intervention measures for preventing perceived stress and improving their quality life.
