[Background]CFC is a common disease, the tendency of morbidity rises year by year. At present,the curative effect of CFC by acupuncture is considered quite good in the clinically.CFC is an independent disease ,however,most of the constipation acupuncture doctor curing is symptoms of other disease.So it is necessity to identify the preponderance type of CFC by acupuncture basing on the reasonable evaluation of curative effect.[Purpose]Observation on the differences of near future and long-term curative effect of different dynamics mechanism, different mental state and different pattern. Producing the tentative idea of curative effect standard basing on type of CFC, Emphasizing the quality of life.[Method]After special diagnosis,all the patients had been cured by the same method.Chosing acupoint of Stomach meridian,Bladder meridian and Governor Vessel, the course of treatment is 4 weeks,once per day. Diagnosing clearly and recording the diary of the patient. Comparing the improvement of the main symptoms of different type of CFC every week;Comparing the curative effect and the quality of life before treating and after treating.[Result]1.Totally,the curative effect of STC and IBS-C is better than OOC;2. The curative effect of CFC by acupuncture ranking from better to worse: STC without mental trouble,STC with mental trouble and IBS-CSPFS,Relaxed pelvic floor syndrome;3.If extending the course of treatment to about 2 month, The curative effect ranking from better to worse: Relaxed pelvic floor syndrome,SPFS without mental trouble,SPFS with mental trouble;4.There is no difference of curative effect between difference pattern with acupuncture alone;5.The course of disease has nothing to do with the curative effect,but having relation with the information of purgative.
